WOMEN’S FORUM 2026

Our Stories. Our Forum.

The Forum is more than a gathering.
It is a space where stories are named, honored, and shared.

Each year, women come together carrying lived experience—of leadership, caregiving, migration, faith, ambition, loss, and becoming. The Forum creates room for those stories to be spoken aloud, reflected back, and strengthened through community.

Navigating life’s intricate fabric, choices unfold paths to the extraordinary, demanding creativity, curiosity, and courage for a truly fulfilling journey.

Join us for an unforgettable weekend experience…

The Forum is an intentional gathering designed for women to pause, reflect, and engage in meaningful dialogue around leadership, identity, wellness, and legacy.

Rooted in Haitian culture and the lived experiences of women across the diaspora, the Forum brings together voices from different generations and walks of life to explore what it means to lead with purpose in today’s world.

The Purpose of the Forum

The Forum exists to create room for conversations that are often rushed, overlooked, or carried alone.

Through storytelling, guided discussion, and shared reflection, participants are invited to:

  • Examine their personal and professional journeys
  • Reconnect with cultural grounding and values
  • Gain perspective through the experiences of others
  • Strengthen confidence, clarity, and community

The goal is not to provide all the answers, but to offer language, connection, and insight that participants carry forward.

What the Forum Looks Like

The Forum is structured to balance learning, reflection, and relationship-building. Depending on the session, participants may experience:

  • Panel conversations with women leaders and community voices
  • Facilitated dialogue and interactive discussion
  • Story-based reflections grounded in lived experience
  • Opportunities for cross-generational exchange
  • Space for pause, grounding, and intentional connection

Each element is designed to encourage thoughtful participation rather than passive listening.

Who the Forum Is For

The Forum welcomes women who are:

  • Navigating leadership in their careers or communities
  • Exploring identity, purpose, or transition
  • Carrying responsibility while seeking renewal
  • Interested in cultural connection and collective growth
  • Committed to showing up honestly and thoughtfully

There is no single path or title required to belong here.

Beyond the Gathering

The Forum is part of a broader commitment to cultivating spaces where women are supported, affirmed, and connected beyond a single moment.

The conversations, relationships, and insights that emerge help inform ongoing programs, community work, and future gatherings. In this way, the Forum becomes both an experience and a contribution to a growing collective narrative.
