About the Forum
The Daughters of Haiti Women’s Forum is an intentional gathering created to support Haitian and Haitian-American women as they navigate leadership, career growth, and visibility in American society—while remaining rooted in culture and community.
Designed as a working forum rather than a large conference, the Forum prioritizes meaningful dialogue, practical tools, and shared experience. Participants engage in conversations around leadership, personal branding, and online presence, alongside guided sessions that encourage reflection, goal-setting, and connection across generations.
Anchored by the 5th Annual Mothers & Daughters Luncheon, the Forum reinforces the belief that leadership does not exist apart from legacy, mentorship, and family. Together, the weekend creates space for women to strengthen their voice, clarify their presence, and move forward with intention—professionally, digitally, and personally.

The Daughters of Haiti Women’s Forum is intentionally designed to be grounded, practical, and community-rooted.
This is a working forum for Haitian and Haitian-American women navigating careers, leadership roles, entrepreneurship, and public life—often while balancing cultural responsibility and family expectations.
What makes this Forum unique:
• Depth over scale – Participation is intentionally limited to preserve meaningful dialogue, hands-on learning, and genuine connection.
• Culture as context – Haitian identity informs how we lead, communicate, and show up online. It is not decorative or performative.
• Practical outcomes – Participants leave with tangible tools including branding clarity, guidance on LinkedIn and digital presence, and professional headshots.
• Intergenerational continuity – The Forum is anchored by the 5th Annual Mothers & Daughters Luncheon, reinforcing leadership as legacy.
• Community before visibility – This weekend prioritizes trust, reflection, and long-term relationship building.
This is a space for women who value substance, culture, and growth—together.
